ABOUT US
HISTORY
- formed in 1992 by Gary Warner, a civil engineer with more than 30 years of design, construction, and planning experience.
- current in-house staff of 8 (4 licensed civil engineers, one EIT, one AutoCADD technician, one bookkeeper, and one computer systems administrator)
- principal project managers all with Warner Engineering 9 or more years
- regular subconsultants for surveying, traffic and wetlands

- specialize in on- and off-site work related to commercial buildings
- staff are well known for integrated designs that reflect the needs of the owner and all of the design team.
- performed numerous feasibility studies, and prepared a multitude of schematic grading and utility plans (water, sewer, and storm), as well as final plans for various commercial buildings (including many schools, hotels, offices and churches), and off-site roads and utilities.
- adept at developing plans that eliminate unnecessary expense while meeting all requirements of the owner and the approving authority the first time they are submitted for approvals.
- very familiar with ADA handicap accessibility requirements.

EQUIPMENT
- 12 fast workstations on a Windows XP Professional network with a four-processor server with mirrored drives
- three high capacity laser printers (two are 11x17 color)
- a plain paper FAX machine
- a 36 inch wide laser copier
- a 36 inch wide laser plotter
- a 36 inch wide scanner
- AutoCAD Release 2008 is used for all design.
- all of our data is backed up daily and taken off site each night for assured continuity of service.
- a high speed Comcast cable line to transfer data to and from clients, approval agencies and subcontractors via email or FTP.
QUALITY CONTROL
- accomplished by extensive use of detailed checklists for every phase of the work
- independent review of all designs by an engineer other than the one who completed the design.
- principal designers have extensive construction experience.
TIMELINESS OF DELIVERY
- have always met or exceeded all scheduled deliveries and takes measures to assure that such a record will continue.
